1. Orders

Because we are an aluminum sheet and cookware manufacturer, we advertise the lowest prices on our website. Every product has a minimum order quantity, and orders below this quantity will not be accepted.

After checkout, customers should deposit 30% of the payment for order confirmation. The remaining 70% must be paid before shipping, once the order is ready. Delivery typically requires 30-45 days, depending on order quantity.

Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Packaging

Our packaging ensures your products are safe from damage or mishandling. Standard packaging costs are included in the product price. Custom packaging is available upon request and will incur additional charges.

3. Samples

We provide item samples upon request. Customers must contact us via email or phone. Sample items and delivery will incur charges.

4. Shipping

Our prices include FOB to Karachi port. CIF pricing is available upon request. International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, and fees charged by shipping companies. These charges are billed separately and are not included in our website shipping costs.
