Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

All frequently stocked items, except consumable products, can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

A return credit will be issued to the original payment method once the items are received and inspected. Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

3. Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking charge will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing items back into stock.

4. Shipping & Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.

5. Exceptions

• Special order products are not eligible for return.
• Products that have been used by the customer cannot be returned.
• Consumable items such as food, kitchen ingredients, and other perishable items cannot be returned.
